Massage Mode
Massage Mode is a quick, gentle rhythm that mimics the suckling action that babies use to stimulate a letdown. Massage Mode allows you to choose from 6 of the quickest and gentlest levels available on The ONE. When you turn on your The ONE pump, it will start in Massage mode (on the level you last used) for a preset of 2 minutes. After running for the preset 2 minutes in Massage Mode, The ONE will switch into whatever other mode and level you were last using in your previous session.
Express Mode
Express Mode is slow and strong suction mode akin to a hungry baby's feeding action. Express mode has 6 levels of progressively stronger and longer cycles to select from within The ONE's mid-range. When switching into Express Mode, The ONE will remember your preferred level from your previous use.
Deep Express
Deep Express Mode is a longer, stronger express mode. The level selection (1–6) in Deep Express Mode changes the length and strength of each cycle. When switching into Deep Express Mode, The ONE will remember your preferred settings from your previous use.

Mixed Mode

Mixed Mode interleaves massage cycles in between each express cycle. This mode can provide extra stimulation and improve comfort. The level selection (1–6) in Mixed Mode changes the number of massage cycles that are in between every express cycle (i.e. level 4 has 4 massage cycles for every express cycle.) When switching into Mixed Mode, The ONE will remember your preferred level from your previous use.

Personal Mode

Personal Mode is a mode allowing you to fully customise an expression setting to ensure maximum comfort, efficiency and milk output. Use personal mode to dial in not only your preference for suction strength (mmHg) but also the duration and frequency of each cycle. When switching into Personal Mode, The ONE will remember your preferred settings from your previous use.

Best Hospital Grade Pump

I have been exclusively pumping for 7 months now and have tried MANY pumps. By far The One has be the BEST!! The deep expression mode is a game changer. The pump is super quiet and compact and overall great quality. Seriously cannot recommend this pump enough, I even bought 2!

The best pump ever

I've used this pump for two babies to exclusively pump (6-8 times a day for 12 months). This pump has never let me down, the cups are comfortable, it's easy to use and it has always given me the highest output compared to other products on the market. Cannot recommend enough!

Exclusively pumped for 7 months and still going strong

I have used Youha the One for seven straight months exclusively pumping! And it has not let me down ever. It's the first thing I recommend to my friends. Most people know about the big brands but little is known about the smaller local Australian brands. I think I need to spread the positivity of how amazing this is! I take it with me wherever I go. I did purchase a wearing pump bra to hold it which allows me to be hands free wherever I am. It gets so much milk out and is so soft on your breasts! Takes up little room and the charge is amazing! My only feedback would be to have like a car charger or USB option for when your not near a PowerPoint for a couple days (say camping) just so it's accessible for all! But honestly it I could give it 10 stars I would!! Amazing product and so glad the midwives at my hospital recommended it!

My favourite pump

I purchased this pump early on in my pumping journey. It is extremely powerful for a portable pump and helped me build my supply in the first three months. Since then I have been able to take it with me everywhere and even wear it around the house while getting things done. Can’t recommend this pump enough!!

The ONE pump

I can't rate this pump high enough. It's small and easy to take anywhere and everywhere. It's super quiet which makes those late night pumps much easier. I have tried quite a few breast pumps including hospital grade and this one has been by far my favourite.

The ONE Double Electric Breast Pump gives you control and comfort with the ability to select multiple modes and intensity levels on your rechargeable, portable motor unit, which is connected via silicone tubing to your choice of either bottles, milk bags or in-bra cups to express into.

How long does a pumping session last?

Approximately 15 minutes per session. The ONE breast pump has a backlit touchscreen that displays a stopwatch to conveniently track the length of your pumping session. A safety setting will stop the pump at the maximum recommended session time of 30 minutes in case you nod off mid-session.

Can I move around while I pump with The ONE?

Can I use The ONE with my existing bottles?

Yes you can. If yours don't fit right, we have adaptors for pumping directly into narrow-neck bottles.

The ONE Pump pack comes complete with a set of 2 Youha bottles –made from the highest performing, medical-grade thermoplastic (hard wearing and intended for higher use)– and teats for you to add to your rotation.

Do I need a special bra to use The ONE pump?

Yes, ideally you'd use a special pumping bra when pumping into bottles or bags which will hold the pump flanges secure against your skin. Alternatively, you can hold the pump flanges steady with your hands or try out some of the viral hacks which might allow you to convert your regular maternity bra into one which will hold your pump for you!

What accessories are compatible with The ONE?

Is The ONE a hospital-grade breast pump?

When talking about breast pumps, the term ‘hospital-grade’ is often used but isn’t officially defined, certified or regulated. ‘Hospital-grade breast pump’ commonly refers to a breast pump with extraordinary strength, durability and efficiency in addition to being exceptionally hygienic by including a closed-system.
