RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Youha Australia wants your journey to be as positive and well-supported as possible. The Youha promise of Easy 30 day returns, our Best Fit promise and a Works for Me Guarantee ensures YOU receive the flexibility, responsiveness and professional guidance needed to set you up for success.
If you have a change-of-mind on your Youha pump purchase, simply reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for a free returns shipping label. We'll accept change-of-mind returns for any new pump, provided it is still sealed and unused. We will refund the full purchase amount after deducting a $20 restocking fee.
For orders containing only parts and accessories please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
Youha.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. All refunds are made at the discretion of Youha.com.au.
