Shipping policy

Shipping info: Orders are processed within 1-3 days. We currently offer Australia Post standard and express shipping. At the moment Australia Post is not guaranteeing delivery times, however, standard post is usually around 2-4 days in Victoria and 1-2 weeks everywhere else. Express is also currently not guaranteed, however, is often 1-3 days delivery Australia wide. For New Zealand, also not guaranteed, standard post is around 6-10 days and express is 2-4 days.

Free Shipping over $149 terms: Order value must reach a minimum value of $149.00 (after any discounts have been applied). Free shipping refers to standard Australia Post shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

During sale periods: While we aim to meet our standard shipping timeframes, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch during peak periods.
